Uhl Eharl Khoehng is a short story written by Patricia A. Jackson. It was originally printed in Star Wars Adventure Journal 8 which was published by West End Games in November 1995 and later reprinted in the short story anthology Tales from the New Republic which was published by Bantam Spectra in December 1999 and was also made available online at Hyperspace. It prominently features a fictional play called the Uhl Eharl Khoehng.
Plot summary
Rebel Captain Fable Astin seeks out the fallen Jedi Master, Inquisitor Adalric Cessius Brandl to train her to defend herself against the Dark Jedi Vialco. During her nightmarish training on the planet Trulalis, she falls in love with Brandl's son, Jaalib Brandl; and learns some unforgettable lessons about theater and the dark side of the Force.
