Yntrann
Yntrann was a terrestrial astronomical object[3] located in the Yntrann system, a part of Wild Space.[1] During the Galactic Civil War, after the Scandium Team of the Rebel Alliance's Special Forces was disbanded, the Ebranite former member of the team Rith Tar'ak was transferred to Yntrann, where she briefly commanded a small yet highly decorated desert warfare task force as part of one of the early Special Forces wilderness regiments. Since leadership did not appeal to Tar'ak, she eventually requested a transfer to another branch of the Alliance and was stationed off-world.[3]
Behind the scenes
Yntrann was mentioned in "Cracken's Rebel Operatives," a roleplaying game source article authored by C. Robert Carey and Trevor J. Wilson for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game and published in the November 1996 Star Wars Adventure Journal 11.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Yntrann system, and therefore the celestial body itself, in grid square O-3.[2]
