Tyne's Horky
Tyne's Horky was an ore-rich mining world in the Teraab sector. Its streets were full of mining and service droids, used to mine Keschel and Nergon-14.
History
In 22 BBY, shortly before the Clone Wars, Zorba Desilijic Tiure was imprisoned on Kip and his property holdings on Tyne's Horky were taken over by his son, Jabba. The Galactic Empire later controlled the mining on the world.
It was on this mining world that Jann Tosh lived with his uncle Gundy and where they met R2-D2, C-3PO, and Kez-Iban. Kleb Zellock was the leader of the criminal underworld on this planet and used to run a Nergon-14 mine.
Behind the scenes
In the Droids series, Tyne's Horky is the name of a mining planet. However, in the book version of the Droids episode "The Lost Prince," it is the name of a town on that planet; the planet itself is not named in the book.
