Rolf Petruma

Rolf Petruma was the male president of Freda. He had been involved with talks with his counterpart from Jante over disputed mining rights in the Rettna system at the behest of Moff Haveland. Dissatisfied with the negotiations, Petruma withdrew from the talks and authorized military action against Jante holdings in the Rettna system.
