Haveland/Legends

Haveland was the Imperial Moff of the Esaga sector during the Galactic Civil War.

Biography

He governed the sector containing the Jante, Freda, and Rettna systems. He attempted to negotiate a ceasefire between the warring Jante and the Freda, but the Freda eventually withdrew from the negotiations.
