Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

Death Squadron, Darth Vader's personal squadron of TIE/LN starfighters, led a raid on a Sakiyan smuggling ring based in Syvris shadowport after uncovering evidence that the smugglers were running supplies for the Alliance to Restore the Republic during an earlier raid on the Ulkantha asteroids. The raid nearly obliterated Syvris, and important members of the organization were captured.[1]
