Observation cell

An observation cell was a detention cell with a transparisteel window set high above the room to allow individuals to observe the interior. Moff Kentor Sarne used an observation cell to watch his assassin, Kl'aal, kill and eat a female prisoner. Unfortunately for the Moff, Kl'aal refused to entertain his employer.
