Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

After the formation of the New Republic, the new galactic government established an outpost on the planet Carosi XII. It was close to Newlife Point, the only city on the world which was inhabited by the Carosite species. Built into the side of a mountain near the northern shore of the Avuae Sea, its location was not disclosed to off-worlders. Balderik Rajana was the base's commander.
