Maashan was a male Kamarian Badlander and a Rebel Alliance member.
Biography
Maashan was born[2] on Kamar,[1] but left the planet before 10 BBY, and thus was not affected by the rise of the Cult of Varn on the planet.[2]
A pyrotechnician, Maashan joined the Galactic Outdoor Survival School and became a member of the prestigious Twilight Class, which graduated around 10 BBY. Afterward, Maashan and most of his classmates joined the Rebel Alliance.[2]
Maashan was killed during an alien attack on the Rebel safeworld Stronghold.[2]

- ↑ 1.0 1.1 Alliance Intelligence Reports states that Maashan's homeworld is the planet Varn. However, Kamarian Badlanders are native to the planet Kamar as established in Han Solo's Revenge. Maashan's biography also states that he left his homeworld years before the "Cult of Varn" took hold on the planet, an event that occurred on Kamar and was recounted in Han Solo's Revenge. This means that Maashan must have been born on Kamar, and Varn being listed as his homeworld is an error.
