Leeds

Leeds was Senior Lieutenant aboard the Interrogator.

While his superior, Jovan Vharing, slept, he intercepted a signal that matched the frequency of an older Rebel transmission code coming from the planet Qlothos.

Suspecting a Rebel garrison, the Imperial sent a squad of TIE Bombers to destroy it but the planet's atmosphere disrupted their missiles' signals and one strayed, ending in killing around sixty prominent Imperials in a residential community.

For Leeds' mistake, Vharing was executed personally by Antinnis Tremayne and Leeds found himself replaced by Waleran.
