Ion pulse bomb

An ion pulse bomb was a weapon. When detonated, it temporarily neutralized all active electronic systems in a two-hundred meter radius. Justice Action Network terrorists used an ion pulse bomb too disrupt the Unification Gala and capture high-profile targets. The weapon was supplied to them by Trevas Jotane, an ISB operative posing as a House Calipsa knight.
