The Desert of Simoom was a desert on the forest moon of Endor. It once contained a small forest which was the home of the Ewoks. When the Phlogs who lived in the nearby desert began constructing a palace for their king, they began chopping down the trees of Simoom's forest, forcing the Ewoks to flee to the other side of the moon.
