Croc of Gold
The Croc of Gold was a small freighter purchased by the smuggler Devon Fuller. Despite his shady past, Fuller used the Croc of Gold to deal in legal goods, although he was not very successful until he met Owen Sareth, an operative for the Alliance to Restore the Republic who possessed an acumen for business that Fuller lacked.[1]
Fuller and Sareth became friends and eventually Fuller joined the Rebellion in their war against the Galactic Empire. Fuller continued to pilot the Croc of Gold for the Rebels, until it was wrecked by Imperial forces near Tashtor Seneca,[1] sometime before the second Death Star was destroyed in 4 ABY.[2] Fuller escaped the freighter's destruction and gained ownership of another starship that eventually met a similar fate.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Croc of Gold was mentioned in the 1993 sourcebook Galaxy Guide 9: Fragments from the Rim, written by Simon Smith and Eric S. Trautmann for West End Games's Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[1]
