Owen Sareth was an agent for the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. Sareth was a friend of the smuggler Devon Fuller, and possessed a degree of business acumen that helped Fuller's financial situation considerably. Their friendship eventually led to Fuller's joining the Alliance, though Fuller was subsequently inclined towards blame Sareth for an unspecified number of predicaments that resulted from his membership in the organization.
