Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A bacta storage facility on the planet Coruscant was the target of a terrorist strike by the Palpatine Counter-Insurgency Front in 7 ABY. When the New Republic learned of it, they sent a commando force to infiltrate the facility while Rogue Squadron flew cover. During the confusion, former Director of Imperial Intelligence Ysanne Isard brought the hidden Executor-class Star Dreadnought Lusankya out from beneath Coruscant's cityscape and escaped from the planet.
