Alkur
Alkur was the first planet in the Lazerian system.[3] It was located within the Kira sector[2] in the Trailing Sectors portion of the Expansion Region.[1] Regarded as useless, the planet was a searing hot and desolate rocky world, and it had no moons. Alkur orbited the yellow star known as Lazerian, and was found along the trade routes known as the Harrin Trade Corridor and the Kira Run. At some point, it was explored and mapped by the inhabitants of the planet Lazerian IV.[3]
Behind the scenes
Alkur was created by John Terra and introduced in Twin Stars of Kira, a 1993 supplement to West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Lazerian system, and therefore Alkur, in grid square N-15.[1]
