Sand-repelling capsules were devices worn around the neck by some tribes of Tusken Raiders, a nomadic species native to the desert planet of Tatooine. Some clans, including the Rrhr hunting band, did not wear them, favoring simple scarves instead.[1] The tribe of URoRRuR'R'R and RR'uruurrr, however, did sport those sand-repelling devices.[2]
