Monarch-praefect

The monarch-praefect was the title used by a monarch of the planet Nazzri's government who was simultaneously a member of the council of praefects, or the heads of the fourteen sects of Nazzri's state-enforced Ulizra religion. A male monarch-praefect was known as the king-praefect while a female monarch-praefect held the title of queen-praefect.
