Line platoon
A line platoon or infantry platoon was a formation in the Imperial Army.
Organization
A line platoon, also known as a light platoon, was comprised of four line squads, a commanding lieutenant, and a sergeant major as platoon adjutant, for a total of thirty-eight soldiers.[1] Line platoons could be augmented by the addition of four more line squads.[2]
