Itlar

Doctor Itlar was a weapons collector and commentator on Gundark's Gear Datalog. Itlar owned a complete set of Ekkar Armaments weapons, including a coyn'skar. Itlar acquired the weapons during a visit to a Coynite factory, and often got together with friends to duel with coyn'skars. Itlar commented on the entries for the coyn'skar, sat'skar, auto-caster, and BR1-Z blast-rifle.
