Hyrum-12 was an individual who, while operating an automated bulk freighter, owned an EV-series supervisor droid whose faulty programming caused it to mistreat the ship's droid crew so badly that an aggressive astromech droid blew it out an airlock, forcing them to replace it with an EV-II.
