Herg was a male student from the planet Coruscant who studied under Professor Voren Na'al. A classmate of the Devaronian Pollo Tipn, Herg had a arrogant personality and was prone to badgering Tipn with sarcastic remarks. After Tipn was asked to stay behind after class by Na'al, who intended to request his assistance for a mission to investigate reports relating to Grand Admiral Thrawn in the Kathol sector, Herg mocked him and suggested Na'al had asked the other student to help with menial chores. To his surprise, Tipn revealed that the Professor had enlisted him for field work.[1]
