Grease was a lubricant,[2][3][4] used in the manufacture and upkeep of objects.[5]

Wookiees were described by Lando Calrissian to be able to construct and repair anything, provided they possessed enough grease and transmission wire.[1]

C-3PO once called his counterpart R2-D2 an overweight glob of grease.[6] Used as a verb, "grease" was also commonly used as a euphemism for destruction.[7]
