Chief of Life Support
The Chief of Life Support was a section chief position aboard Imperial Navy starship. The chief was responsible for all life support functions aboard the vessel, including operating and maintaining the atmosphere tanks, the air scubbers, water delivery and reclamation, gravity generators, and temperature systems. The Chief of Life Support worked alongside the Power Chief and reported directly to the Chief Engineer.[1]
