"Thank Deity that malign creature is erased from the face of the galaxy!"
―From the data-journal of Voren Na'al, regarding the late Emperor Palpatine[1]

A deity, also called a god (feminine goddess), was a powerful being who was worshipped by a group of followers. Known deities included the Yuuzhan Vong gods and the Keshiri gods, called the Skyborn, as well as the Naboo moon goddess Shiraya.

The Zakuul natives also worshiped a pantheon of gods known as the Old Gods. The so-called Old Ways were generally discarded after the rise of the Eternal Empire. Valkorion, Zakuul's first emperor, claimed to be a god.

This article is a stub about a deity, religion, or religious organization. You can help Wookieepedia by expanding it.
