Khabarakh: "Ilyr'ush mir lakh svoril'lae. Mir'lae karah siv Mal'ary'ush vir'ae Vader'ush."
Leia Organa Solo: "Can you understand it?"
C-3PO: "To a degree. It appears to be a dialect of the ancient trade language—"
―Leia Organa Solo asks C-3PO if he understood Khabarakh speaking Honoghran[1]

Honoghran was the native language of the Noghri species from Honoghr.[1] Upon first encountering Noghri speaking Honoghran, C-3PO only partially understood the language and believed it was a dialect of an ancient trade language.[2]

Most Noghri were fluent in both Honoghran and Basic, although with whispered, chilling and soft voices.
