The commanding officer of the CSA on [[Brosi]], Wasith was responsible for the [[Zinsian]] processing plants. Wasith found trouble when dealing with the [[Brosin Underground]], a resistance group opposing to the CSA's methods.

Wasith tried to deal with the Underground first with the CSA [[Security Police]], but they were ineffective due to their unfamiliarity with the local landscape. The Supervisor then tried hiring bounty hunters, but to no avail: One of the bounty hunters resigned alleging inadequate support of CSA officers.
