In [[3 ABY/Legends|3 ABY]], Vord'lya led a group of [[Bothan/Legends|Bothans]] as they ambushed [[SecOps Four]], a [[Bothan Spynet/Legends|Bothan Spynet]] member of [[Koth Melan]]'s Spynet faction. [[SecOps Four]], having just escaped a deadly [[Bounty hunter/Legends|bounty hunter]] attack on Koth's safehouse on [[Kothlis/Legends|Kothlis]], had in his possession the coveted [[Galactic Empire/Legends|Imperial]] [[Death Star II plans]]. Vord'lya and his subordinates stole the plans and stunned SecOps Four, intending to turn them over to the [[Alliance to Restore the Republic/Legends|Alliance to Restore the Republic]] themselves, ensuring that [[Borsk Fey'lya]]'s Spynet faction got credit for the espionage coup.
