[[Lieutenant/Legends|Lieutenant]] '''Pandur''' was the [[Galactic Empire/Legends|Imperial]] [[Imperial Liaison|Liaison]] to [[Korfo II/Legends|Korfo II]]. He was also one of the Imperial officials who directed [[Obo Rin]] in the production of the ''[[Catalog of Intelligent Life in the Galaxy]]''.

[[Imperial Intelligence/Legends|Imperial Intelligence]] [[Major/Legends|Major]] [[Herrit]] was instructed by [[Anakin Skywalker/Legends|Darth Vader's]] aide [[Captain/Legends|Captain]] [[Solistein]] to handle his involvement in the project, as well as Rin's payment, through Pandur. One of Pandur's duties was transferring funds to Rin's account at the [[Imperial Galactic Bank]] of Korfo II to reimburse the sentientologist's considerable expenses. Pandur also suggested improvements and expansions to the ''Catalog'' which Rin found useful in preparing the revised edition.
