==Biography==
Grentho was a [[Human/Legends|Human]] [[Gender/Legends|male]] who served as a bodyguard for the [[Droid/Legends|droid]] information broker [[8t88/Legends|8t88]]. In [[5 ABY/Legends|5 ABY]], 8t88 was hired by [[Jerec (Inquisitor)|Jerec]] to find the location of the Force nexus called the [[Valley of the Jedi]] and soon discovered a [[Holodisc]] belonging to the late [[Moisture farm/Legends|farmer]] [[Morgan Katarn]]. Unable to decipher it himself, the droid arranged a meeting on the planet [[Nal Hutta/Legends|Nal Hutta's]] moon of [[Nar Shaddaa/Legends|Nar Shaddaa]] with Morgan's son, the [[Alliance to Restore the Republic/Legends|Rebel]] agent [[Kyle Katarn]], hoping that he would agree to access it. During the meeting at the [[Rimmer's Rest/Legends|Rimmer's Rest]] [[Cantina/Legends|cantina]], Katarn refused and 8t88 ordered several hired thugs to kill him.

==Personality and traits==
Grentho was a very muscular man and was considered one of the brightest 8t88's thugs. He had an addiction to [[nic-i-tain]], as a result of which, his forefinger became stained. His thumb was also heavily callused.
