The '''DF-D1 Duo-Flechette Rifle''' was produced by [[Salus Corporation/Legends|Salus Corporation]] and was essentially a scaled-down version of the [[Golan Arms/Legends|Golan Arms]] [[FC-1 flechette launcher/Legends|FC-1 flechette launcher]]. The design was stolen and modified to be a smaller, rifle-sized weapon. It could be mounted on personal battle armor, firing shrapnel flechettes out a stubby double [[Barrel/Legends|barrel]] and was particularly effective at close range. While effective, it was very inaccurate and eventually removed from service.
