Z-Alpha Squadron (TIE Avenger)

Z-Alpha Squadron was a TIE/ad starfighter unit in the Imperial Navy that defected to rogue Grand Admiral Demetrius Zaarin's splinter government fleet during the Galactic Civil War. In the Zaarin insurrection, they fought the Galactic Empire but were ultimately defeated. The engagements that the squadron took part in included the battle at Imperial Center, which was the Grand Admiral's attempt to capture Emperor Palpatine.
