Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A planetary police was in operation on the planet Xerxes during the Galactic Civil War. The smuggler, Roark Garnet, fell afoul of the police, and was wanted by them during his visit to the world.[1]
