Wetlung was a disease that affected the Quarren. Miners were particularly susceptible to the disease.

The reference to wetlung was present in the profile text for the Quarren miner in Death in the Undercity. When the adventure was reprinted in Classic Adventures: Volume Three, the Quarren miner profile was omitted, including the reference to wetlung.
