Wen'he'dinae
Wen'he'dinae was a terrestrial planet[3] located in the Wen'he'dinae system, a part of the Eidoloni sector[1] in the Western Reaches portion of[2] the Mid Rim.[1] The planet had several seasons and was home to a multitude of carnivorous creatures.[3]
The Cha'wen'he, a sentient species of bird-like herbivores, evolved on Wen'he'dinae, with the planet's numerous predators forcing the species to become nervous and excitable, and prone to sudden, quick motions. The Cha'wen'he were physiologically adapted for both hot and cold climates, and those members of the species that resided on its homeworld roamed the planet according to its seasons.[3]
Behind the scenes
Wen'he'dinae was created by Lisa Smedman and introduced in Galaxy Guide 12: Aliens — Enemies and Allies, a 1995 sourcebook for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Wen'he'dinae system, and therefore the planet itself, in grid square L-16.[2]
