Votomo was an individual who was a subscriber to, and commenter on, Cynabar's Droid Datalog. Commenting on the entry for the RA-7 protocol droid, Votomo noted that its inexpensive and innocuous nature made it very easy to upgrade into a combat or espionage unit.[1]
