Von Doobba was a male from the city of Ferronel on Cmaoli Di. He was a representative to the planetary council, and a fervent Pinacist. After urging his colleagues to withdraw from the Galactic Empire, and the subsequent decision to reject his plea by the council, Doobba resigned and prepared to leave the planet with his most ardent supporters.
