Volahn was a captain in the New Republic Defense Fleet, commander of the Equity.
Biography
Volahn's fleet ambushed Gaen Drommel's Executor-class Star Dreadnought Guardian when it emerged from hyperspace, and Volahn ordered Drommel's surrender. Drommel refused, but was killed by Colonel Niovi, who surrendered the Guardian.
