Velery was the capital of Viamarr 4. It had a population of about one hundred thousand and was located in a heavily forested region of the planet's largest continent in the southern hemisphere. In 7 ABY, it was visited briefly by Wedge Antilles and members of Wraith Squadron after they were able to trick the local governor into believing they were Imperial soldiers loyal to Warlord Zsinj.
