Captain Velantia was a member of the Imperial Security Bureau who had a prosthetic jewel right eye which was fitted with a holocamera. During the Galactic Civil War, he received information from the slicer, Tresk, which had been stolen from an Alliance to Restore the Republic cell on Gerrenthum.
