Vaufthau Shipyards Ltd., in cooperation with Rendili StarDrive, was the manufacturer of the Invincible-class Dreadnaught Heavy Cruiser.

By the time of the Galactic Civil War, the Vaufthau shipyards had been incorporated into the Corellian Engineering Corporation conglomerate.[1]
