Varmigio was a mineral that in trace amounts was used to make hyperdrive cores operate. During the time of the Galactic Republic, reports placed large concentrations of varmigio on the planet Karra. However, the reports were inaccurate, and the mining colony's underwriters, Mineral Assets Partnership, withdrew support for the settlement.
