Unidentified outlaw-tech group

A group of outlaw-techs operated in the Kathol sector of the Outer Rim Territories around 92 BBY. They established the Tanquilla Beach shadowport. Bequesh was a member of the group, and was the last survivor who, as of 8 ABY, served as Tanquilla Beach's administrator.
