Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A junior officer was stationed aboard the Imperial Navy Nebulon-B escort frigate Far Orbit. When part of the ship's crew mutinied, the junior officer remained loyal to Captain Vocis Kenit and was placed in an escape pod and blasted into space.[1]
