Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Galactic Empire appointed a Imperial Governor for the planet Tynna, homeworld of the Tynnan species. He was determined to increase the profit-producing capacity of the Tynnans and pressured the legislature into capitulating to his goals. Despite their accommodation, the governor was not satisfied.
