Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This individual was appointed a Moff in the Galactic Empire and given responsibility for the Morshdine sector. The Moff oversaw construction of an Imperial Intelligence Ubiqtorate center on Tangrene, a planet in the sector's Tangrene system. Following completion of the Ubiqutorate center, the Moff ordered the genocide of its native species, the Tangrene, whom he had had enslaved to help in the center's construction.
