The Hutt crime lord Smada employed a Gank assassin on the planet D'vouran in 0 ABY. The Hutt sent the Gank to shadow the children Tash and Zak Arranda. They led the assassin to an abandoned laboratory, where they were accompanied by a local man named Bedo. The Gank shot Bedo.
