Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A species of peaceful aquatic creatures resided in Zarrak's mountain on Endor.

It had the bill of a duck and the shell of a turtle. Zarrak, a user of dark magics was able to transform this creature into a much larger and fearsome form using his powers. He did this to show his apprentice, Teebo how to transform creatures into aggressive animals. However, when Teebo attempted to transform the beast, he accidentally transformed stranglevines instead, and the creature swam away.[1]

This creatures is not named in The First Apprentice, but it resembles the real-world platypus in appearance.

The platypus Perry is a regular character on the Disney animated series Phineas and Ferb, which was made into a cross-over with the original Star Wars film for the special Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars. In the special, Perry, codenamed "Agent P." sneaked aboard an Imperial-class Star Destroyer, stole secret Death Star plans and delivered them to Princess Leia Organa.[2]
