Ultrasonic showers were a type of shower, similar to the sonic shower, used for personal hygiene. The Refresher Booths produced by zZip Product Concepts Limited included a fully contained and automated ultrasonic shower, which incorporated bacta into the wash.
Behind the scenes
The ultrasonic shower was first shown as buyable equipment in Galladinium's Fantastic Technology, a sourcebook released in 1995 by West End Games for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.
