The Udine asteroids, also known as the Udine asteroid field, was an asteroid belt located within the Udine system, on the Inner Rim of the galaxy.[source?] Pirates were known to occasionally transport these asteroids to the Void in order to drag ships from hyperspace utilizing the planetoids' mass shadows.[1]
